Flora Mae Foster was born May 1924, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Ora James and Laura Lee Snellgroves. She passed from this life Thursday, December 30, 2004, in the Jefferson County Hospital, at the age of eighty. She was a homemaker and was a Baptist. She and Merlin Foster were married in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death in September of 1993.

Survivors include: two sons - Steven Dale Foster of CO, and Michael Eric Foster of Henrietta, TX; one daughter - Angie Mobley of Waurika, OK; and one grandson - John Lee Foster.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Merlin, two sisters, one brother and one son.

Graveside services were held for Mrs. Foster at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, January 4, 2005, at the Waurika Cemetery with Curtis Plant officiating. Burial was under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Waurika.
