Eunice Janette Hellekson was born July 26, 1945, in Talihina, Oklahoma, to Charles and Iona Long. She passed from this life on Monday, February 18, 2002, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 56.

Eunice was a member of the Ryan Church of Christ. She was retired from Radiology Associates where she worked as a Data Entry Technician.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include: two sons - Anthony Glenn and Kelly Goebel of Oklahoma City, OK and Bradley Dale and Sarah Armstrong of Mustang, OK; four brothers - Eldon and Mary Long, Paul and Patsy Long, Glenn and Glenda Long, and Raymond and Meredith Long; three sisters - Geneva and Kenneth Norbury, Geraldine Teague, and Arline and Herman Curtis; two granddaughters - Kelsey Goebel of Yukon, OK, and Lauren Goebel of Oklahoma City, OK; and her mother-in-law Edna Hellekson.

Graveside services were held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, February 21, 2002, at the Terral Cemetery with Dale Scott officiating. Burial was under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Terral.
