Erlinda Rea Smith

Erlinda Smith passed from this life October 19, 2015, at her home in Lawton, Oklahoma. She was born March 4, 1975, in Nocona, Texas, to Tomas Lopez Rea and Lionida "Lily" Rodriguez. She graduated from Waurika High School and attended Cameron University. She was a cashier and back stock pricer at Target. She formerly worked for Cerco as a G3 (third level) general clerk.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother Otila Rodriguez, her grandfather Florentino Rodriguez, her father Tomas Rea, uncles Rudy Rodriguez, Junior Rodriguez, and Santos Rodriguez, and cousins Christopher Rodriguez and Alex Vasquez.

Survivors include: her grandmother Guadalupe Rodriguez, her mother Lily Martinez, her step-dad Herman Martinez, her children - Daisha Smith, Mercedes Smith and Maliki Smith, her siblings - Ricky Dominguez and his wife Diane, Julia Alcantar and her husband Javier, Eiffie Mendoza and her husband Abel, Jacob Martinez, and Roger Martinez and his wife Deseray, many aunts and uncles, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, October 23, at the San Jose Catholic Church in Ryan, Oklahoma with Father David Joseph officiating. Burial will be in the Waurika Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at the Dudley Funeral Home Chapel in Waurika with a Rosary Service at 7:00 PM. Pallbearers will be Jacob Martinez, Roger Martinez, Javier Alcantar, Abel Mendoza, Ricky Dominguez, and Ricky Dominguez Jr.
