Diana Sue Porterfield was born October 3, 1947, to Barney H. and Minnie Lee Fay Porterfield. Diana passed from this life early in the morning of November 13, 2004, at the age of fifty-seven. Diana was a machine operator for Haggar and Basco. She was a member of the Waurika Church of Christ.

Survivors include: three brothers - Floyd Porterfield of Burkburnett, TX, James Porterfield of Waurika, OK, and Don Porterfield of Waurika, OK; and nine sisters - JoAnn Lovett of Waurika, OK, Linda Overton of Waurika, OK, June Cantwell of Burkburnett, TX, Lenora Yenzer of Oklahoma City, OK, Vicki Porterfield of Garland, TX, Myrtle Porterfield of Waurika, OK, Grace Porterfield of Wichita Falls, TX, Nona Porterfield of Wichita Falls, TX, and Debbie Porterfield of Wichita Falls, TX.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, and two brothers, Jack and Ronnie Porterfield.

Diana requested that memorial contributions be made to the Waurika Church of Christ or Chisholm Trail Hospice

Graveside services were held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 13, 2004, at the Waurika Cemetery with Noel Curington officiating. Services were under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Waurika.
