Delbert Steven "Rockey" Shockley

Delbert Steven (Rockey) Shockley, 63, of Sugden passed away May 29, 2017 at his home in Sugden, Oklahoma. Delbert Steven Shockley was born July 6,1953 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Rosa Lee (Neasbitt) and Mann Shockley. Rocky was a carpenter before becoming a correctional officer and police officer for many years. Rocky was a musician and enjoyed being a drummer. He enjoyed working with the FFA kids and going fishing. He was a member of the Cross Brand Cowboy Church in Waurika.
Rockey is survived by his wife Pam Shockley, children Liz Shockley, Rocky David Neasbitt, Corie Harvey, Zackary and Bailey Shockley, Trey and Brittney Shockley, and Cristie and John Benson, siblings - Smokey Shockley, Dusty Shockley, Utah Shockley, Roxie Hill, Fay Blanton, Johnnie Shockley and Martha G. Shockley, Grandchildren - Kayla and Kaile Heilig, Jesse, Jonah, Jett, and Dream Weaver, Rebel ad Ryott Staples, Alexis CheyAnn Shockley, Blu Zackary Shockley, Kaylyn Shockley, Zoey, Benson, and McKenna Benson. He is also survived by his mother in law - Drew Johnson.
He is preceded in death by his parents, son Carl Andrew Shockley, brothers - Hunt Shockley and Glen Aulds, sisters - Mildred Coats and Martha Ann Elliott.
Funeral service will be Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 2PM at Cross Brand Cowboy Church in Waurika with Bob Waitman officiating. Burial will be in Provence Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home in Waurika. Visitation will be Wednesday from noon-8PM at Dudley Funeral Home in Waurika.
