Debra Ann Reynolds West, of Terral, Oklahoma, passed from this life Tuesday, November 12, 2002, in the Nocona General Hospital, at the age of forty-seven. She was born November 17, 1954, to James and Lillious Louise Reynolds in Wichita Falls, Texas. Debra was a homemaker. She and C.V. West were united in marriage on May 20, 1989, in Virginia Beach, VA. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Terral.

Survivors include: her husband C.V. West of the home in Terral; her parents, James and Louise Reynolds of Terral, OK; one daughter, Cheryl Shriver of Wichita Falls, TX; two sisters, Rebecca Searfoss of Tuttle, OK, and Donna McIver of Terral, OK; and two grandchildren, Matthew and McKayla.
