Cleo Headrick Peters was born July 15, 1924, in Addington, Oklahoma, to E.L. and Blanch Frank Headrick. She passed from this life Monday, March 31, 2008, at the Midwestern Care Center in Wichita Falls, Texas at the age of eighty-three. She was a Registered Nurse at the State Hospital and Bethania Hospital in Wichita Falls. She was also a homemaker and worked on the family farm.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Jack Headrick and sister Billie Helm.

Survivors include: her son Ronnie Peters and his wife Shirley of Petrolia, TX; one sister Patty and her husband Jack Behrens of Waurika, OK; one brother Ernest Jr. Hedrick and his wife Margaret of Comanche, OK; two grandchildren - Justin and Deana Peters; one great-grandchild Skyler Peters; five nephews; and two nieces.

Graveside services for Mrs. Peters will be at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, April 2, 2008, at the Addington Cemetery with John Fowler and Randy Osborne officiating. Services will be under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home in Waurika. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 1, 2008, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Dudley Funeral Home in Waurika. The family will receive visitors from 6:00 to 7:00 PM.
