A.D. Buster Richardson
A. D. "Buster" Richardson was born February 14, 1926 in Waurika, Oklahoma to Kendrick Thomas and Janie Velma Stott Richardson. He passed from this life Monday, December 2, 2013 at Mercy Hospital in Ardmore at the age of 87.
He and Johnnie Lorene Arnold were married December 8, 1949 in Wichita Falls, Texas. He was a farmer and also worked in the floor covering business for several years. He was a Baptist.
He is survived by his wife Lorene of the home in Waurika, children - Johnny Richardson and wife Loretta, Jimmy Richardson, and Doris Scott and husband Eric all of Waurika, siblings - Junior, Claudie, and Dewey Richardson, five grandchildren - Jamie Richardson, Michele Brown, Johna Romero, Derick Scott, and Will Scott, and nine great grandchildren - Caleb Johnson, Hannah Johnson, and Jacob Richardson, Zachary, Cameron, and Dylan Brown, Emily, Alyssa, and Noah Romero.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 8 siblings.
Funeral service for Mr. Richardson will be Thursday, December 5, 2013 at 11:00AM at First Baptist Church in Waurika with Rev. Jeff McLemore officiating. Burial will be in the Waurika Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday from Noon-8PM Memorials may be made to the Waurika Ambulance Department.
