Brady Zane Butler
Brady Zane Butler left us in this life Thursday, November 17, 2016, to be an angel with the Lord above. Brady was born July 8, 1985, in Wichita Falls, Texas, to Jay and Kim Butler. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Terral, where he was baptized and worshipped. He graduated from Ryan High School in 2003.
Brady is survived by his wife Pamela Butler and his eight year old son Levi Briar Butler, his mother and step-father Kim and Larry Larison of Nocona, TX, his father Jay Butler of Bowie, TX, his sister Jody and her husband Shannon Mitchell of Wichita Falls, TX, his sister Courtnie and her husband Justin Torrez of Lubbock, TX, aunts - Paula and Geary Don Tallon of Terral, OK, Pam Timberlake of Terral, OK, Joanie Carroll of Bowie, TX, and Sharon and her husband Bobby Keith of Terral, OK, and his uncles Steve and Becky Carroll of Wichita Falls, TX, and Joe Butler of Terral, OK, and multiple cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Check and Faye Butler of Terral, OK, grandparents Bobby and Shirley Carroll of Terral, OK, cousins Michelle Tallon of Terral, OK, and Samantha Butler of Wichita Falls, TX, and multiple great uncles, aunts and cousins.
Brady was a man of genuine character. He was quick to answer needs of his friends and family. He was the most social person you've ever met, his love of people and infectious smile left no one a stranger. Brady was also a loving father. He preached love, understanding, and chivalry to his son Levi. His goal as a father was to raise a fine, educated, Southern gentleman; one who could hunt and fish with the best and turn around and succeed in academics and sports.
Funeral services for Brady will be at 10:00 AM, Monday, November 21, 2016, at the First Baptist Church in Terral, Oklahoma, with Bro. Mark Kunkel, Justin Torrez, and Bro. Walter Haynie officiating. Pallbearers will be Lance Butler, Lil Joe Butler, Chris Veal, Michael Veal, Will Atteberry, and B.J. Smith. Burial will be in the Terral Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Homes. Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the First Baptist in Terral. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Leukemia Society of America.
