Billy Joe Mackey was born November 11, 1964, in Las Cruces, New Mexico, to Gene and Shirley Smith Mackey. Billy passed away November 14, 2006, in Waurika, Oklahoma. He was a manager at Pizza Hut and Garfield’s, and Hero’s in Duncan and Sonic in Comanche. He also did small engine repair.

Survivors include: his wife, Lisa Evans, of the home in Waurika, OK; his mother and step-father, Shirley and Harold Bay of Duncan, OK; his son, Dillon Mackey of Waurika, OK; four brothers - Larry Mackey of Duncan, OK, Hank Mackey of Atoka, OK, John Mackey of Pauls Valley, OK, and Chris Mackey of Pauls Valley, OK; one sister, Cindy Mackey of Atoka, OK, and his stepmother, Phyllis Mackey.

Memorial services for Mr. Mackey were at 1:00 PM, Monday, November 20, 2006, at the Dudley Funeral Home Chapel in Waurika, Oklahoma with John Mackey officiating.
