Billy A. Lawson was born October 30, 1930, in Arkansas, to Archie and Ruth Lawson. He passed from this life Friday, August 27, 2004, at the V.A. Center in Lawton, Oklahoma at the age of seventy-three. He was a truck driver, a member of the Ardmore VFW and a member of Patterson Avenue Baptist Church in Comanche, Oklahoma.

Survivors include: two aunts - Hallie Myers and Janice Stevens, both of Comanche, OK; and numerous cousins.

Graveside services for Mr. Lawson were at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, August 31, 2004, at the Fairlawn Cemetery with Bill Choate officiating. Burial was under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Comanche.
