Billy Frank Carroll was born June 4, 1940, to T.D. and Sally Gearldine Carroll. He passed from this life December 23, 2004, at the Jefferson County Hospital, at the age of sixty-four. He was a self-employed painter.

Survivors include: one son - Terry Oran Carroll of Justin, TX; two daughters - Bridgette Mosilimy of McKinney, TX, and Vickie Sevier of Justin, TX; one brother - Burl Thomas Carroll of Waurika, OK; one sister - Susie Carroll Gardner of Waurika, OK; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Charles on January 3, 1972, and Ricky Oran on April 4, 2004.
