Billy Don Bussey was born September 13, 1949, in Ryan, Oklahoma, to Harvey Ellis and Marilyn Ann Bussey. Billy Don moved to Wichita Falls, Texas, where he attended high school. Billy loved life and lived it to the fullest. He loved his family and in return he was loved by all who knew him.

Survivors include: three daughters - Tammy Inman and her husband William, of Wichita Falls, TX, Liza Zepeda and her husband Tony, of Pleasonton, TX, and Peggy Day of Wichita Falls, TX; four brothers - Tom Bussey and his wife Debra of Lake Diversion, TX, Orval Bussey and his wife Debbie of Wichita Falls, TX, Harvey Bussey of Wichita Falls, TX, and Ronald Bussey and his wife Kristie, of Wichita Falls, TX; four sisters - Louise Akin and her husband Alan of Lake Diversion, TX, Sue Osborn and her husband Kenneth of Wichita Falls, TX, Diane Aderholt and her husband Gene of Wichita Falls, TX, and Kathy Marley of Wichita Falls, TX; twenty-eight nieces and nephews; forty-seven great nieces and nephews; and seven great-great-nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Harvey and Marilyn Bussey and one brother, George Bussey.

Graveside services for Mr. Bussey were at 3:00 PM, December 5, 2003, at the Ryan Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Ryan.
