Betty Jo (McManus) Kelley

Betty Jo (McManus) Kelley, 82, of Waurika, Oklahoma, passed from this life Friday, December 11, 2015, in Waurika. She was born November 25, 1933, in Waurika, to Clifton L. "Bock" and Julia Boyd Cleveland McManus. She graduated from Waurika High School. She was a teacher in the head start program in the Waurika School District for eighteen years. She married William Earl Kelley Jr. in Henrietta, Texas, on June 1, 1952. She was a member of the Nazarene Church in Waurika. She delivered meals on wheels and participated in numerous school events. She loved life and enjoyed her grandkids who called her Nanny.

She was preceded in death by her husband William Earl Kelley Jr., her parents Bock and Julia McManus, and her brother Billy Ray McManus.

Survivors include: her daughters Kay Kelley of Waurika, OK, Becky and her husband Doug Loftis of Frederick, OK, and Kim and her husband Tim Boren of Waurika, OK; her brothers Eugene McManus of Texas and Clifton McManus of Kansas; her sisters Sue Durham of Waurika, OK, and June Rowe of Yukon, OK; her grandchildren - Joshua, Jenna and Jacob Boren, and Kent Loftis and his wife Megan; and her great-grandchildren - Mason, Logan and Hudson Loftis.
