Barbara Lou (Nolan) Hampton
Barbara Lou Hampton passed away January 26, 2018, at her home in Waurika, Ok at age 73. Barbara was born May 6, 1944, to TJ and Esteleen Nolen. Barbara always had a warm heart and a bright smile. She always loved having her hair done, makeup on and her nails painted. Barbara always loved feeling like she was the most beautiful woman in the room. She loved getting lime ice from the drugstore and looked forward to her sister Patsy bringing her a fountain coke from the drugstore every morning. She loved her son Mark (AKA Sugar Man) and her grandchildren Tracie and Nolen (AKA Sugar Baby) more than anything in the world! Barbara also loved to paint and was quite good at it!
Barbara was preceded in death by her loving parents TJ and Esteleen Nolen.
She is survived by husband Calvin Hampton of Waurika, OK, son Mark Cleveland of Manhattan, KS, granddaughter Tracie Cullum of Marlow,OK, grandson Nolen Cleveland of Weatherford, TX, 2 great grand children Addison Wright and Kase Cleveland, Sisters Patsy & WL Houston of Waurika, OK and Sharon & Roy Holdbrook of Burkburnett, TX, and a nephew Van Holdbrook of Burkburnett, TX.
A memorial service will be held at Waurika Fellowship at 115 S. Main St in Waurika, OK at 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 3, 2018.
