Amarissa Renae Grottie was born May 14, 2003 in Duncan, Oklahoma, to Cody and Amanda Williams Grottie. She passed from this life Sunday, March 13, 2005, at the age of twenty-two months.

Survivors include: her parents, Amanda and Cody Grottie of Terral, OK; her grandparents - Kim Grottie Morris and Mark; one aunt - Tiffany Grottie; her great-grandparents - Clint Wall, Sue Cooley, and Reba Grottie; her great-great-grandmother - Marie Wall; many cousins; and her honorary grandparents - Mike and Mona Gunter and Mary and Dennis Marketic.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents - C.F. and Jeanene Williams; her paternal grandfather - Trennis Dale Grottie; her great-grandfather - Delbert Grottie, and her great-great-grandfather Orel Wall.

Funeral services for Amarissa were held at2:00 PM, Thursday, March 17, 2005, at the Cowboy Church of Henrietta with Larrry Miller and Jerry Jones officiating. Burial was in the Terral Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home in Terral.
