Alejandro M. Torres

Alejandro M, Torres, 65, of Ryan, Oklahoma, passed from this life January 31, 2016. He was born May 23, 1950, in Rock Springs, Texas, to Francisco and Eloisa (Martinez) Torres. He married Shanna Ward in Ryan, Oklahoma on August 7, 1992. He was a rancher who liked being outdoors. He liked fishing and taking his grandchildren to ride around to see deer, turkey and cows.

Mr. Torres was preceded in death by his parents, and his siblings - Tony, Dora, Mary, Nena, Raymond, and Robert.

Survivors include: his wife Shanna of the home; children - Kendra Harrison, Cannon Harrison, Alexandria Selby, Coby Torres, Susan Guzman and her husband Jack, Lenora Perry, Renata Wiltse, Alexis Torres, Kyson Torres, and Alyssa Torres; siblings - Linda Garcia, Joe Torres and his wife Donna, Graviel Torres, Frank Torres, Ralph Torres, and Johnny Torres; fifteen grandchildren, one great-grandson, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services for Mr. Torres will be at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, February 3, 2016, at the Ryan Assembly of God with Ricky Phillips officiating. Burial will be in the Ryan Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home of Ryan. Pallbearers will be Johnny Younce, Jon Burge, Cal Major, Ramon Hernandez, Joe Hernandez, Sonny Richardson, and Coby Torres. Visitation will be at the Dudley Funeral Home Chapel in Ryan from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Tuesday with the family receiving visitors from 6:00 to 7:00 PM, and Wednesday from 10:00 AM to noon.
