Ada Marie Franklin

Ada Marie was born October 23, 1975 in Dallas, Texas to Michael Alex and Jean (Johnston) Johnson. She passed from this life Sunday, September 1, 2013 at United Regional Hospital at the age of 37.

She and James Robert Franklin were married June 18, 2011 at Wesley United Methodist Church in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was a Registered Nurse. She worked for Specialty Nurses, American Hospice and North Texas State Hospital. She also worked for Wichita Falls Independent School District for 15 years. She was chosen Who's Who in the Worldwide Edition for her leadership in her profession. She was also named outstanding Hospice Nurse. She and James were members of Wesley United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband James of the home in Wichita Falls, her son Bailey Hamberger of the home in Wichita Falls, mother - Jean Johnson, father - Michael Johnson, cousin - Kathleen, God sisters - Tina Humphries and Laney Harper. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many many friends. Celebration of her life will be Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at 10:00AM at the United Methodist Church in Waurika. Burial will be in the Waurika Cemetery under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home in Waurika.
